Full Circle Realty is a new, cutting edge realty company based in Madison, Wisconsin. Launched in November 2005, Full Circle Realty was founded on the idea that local businesses should actively support the local community. We do this by donating 15% of the commissions and fees from every transaction to a state or local nonprofit of your choice (some restrictions apply).
We hope that doing this will set an example for the business community, and that others will follow our lead and commit more of their profits to helping those in our community who are underserved or who have no voice.
Our giving program is one-of-a-kind in both the legal and realty business. Because we realize that there are many wonderful nonprofits in the state and that each person has their own giving preference, we have chosen to tailor our giving to the nonprofit you choose.*
Our donation will be made on your behalf so that you receive the recognition you deserve. We hope that community members who would like to give more than they can on a personal level will be drawn to our company and the services we offer.
The name Full Circle Realty was chosen because of the cyclical nature of community building. Local individuals earn money by working within the local community. When we spend our money at local businesses, we are reinvesting the money we earn into our neighbors, supporting local employment and enhancing the economic vitality of our community.
Full Circle Realty takes this cycle, or circle, if you will, one step further by taking the money you spend and reinvesting it back into our state and local nonprofits. Thus, Full Circle Realty comes “full circle” by directly reinvesting your money into nonprofits actively making our community a better place for all.

Realizing that the south central Wisconsin area is overflowing with hard-working, progressive nonprofits and that many of them don’t have enough support, Nitzel decided that the best way to help is to do it through small business giving.
Additionally, while buying her first house, Nitzel found that she wanted a realtor who shared her values, and that she didn’t know where to look for such a person. Nitzel hopes that Full Circle Realty will give the local progressive community an alternative to the conventional, corporate realty services currently available.
While not a hardcore capitalist at heart, Nitzel’s legal and management skills make her a good fit for running a local real estate company.
